Gray Sea Salt Coarse

Our quality Gray Sea Salt is harvested from clay-lined salt ponds in the Guérande region of western France. It's a moderately moist sea salt containing minerals absorbed from the clay lining of the ponds, and the minerals give it its signature gray color.  You'll sometimes find this salt referred to as sel gris (gray salt in French) or Celtic sea salt.

The salt's medium grain consistency works well as a finishing salt and is perfect for using in homemade spice blends.
